1. Do we offer a Service Level Agreement (SLA)?
Yes we can depending on the situation, but we do not cover your internet connection (you will need a separate SLA from your ISP)

2. What is the call quality like?
We offer business grade call quality; however, you will need to ensure your internet connection is up to scratch.

3. I have a specific requirement for my company; can you cater for that?
Yes we can. Our Hosted PBX platform supports IVR and we can build various custom applications for you depending on your needs.

4. We are a larger company; can we still use something like this?
Our Hosted PBX will not be the best option in this case; however, we can provide you with an on-site VoIP PBX. Please contact us for more information.

5. Can I call emergency services?
Not yet. The main problem with emergency services is that we cannot provide location information. We highly recommend you have alternative arrangements in case you need to dial emergency services.

6. Can I call any normal phone number and can anyone with a normal phone call us?
Yes you can. We provide call termination and your outbound calls to normal phone numbers will be routed over the PSTN to the destination.
